How does the Collection Tracker work?
The tracker loads all CS2 skin collections and lets you click individual skins to mark them as owned. Your progress is saved locally in your browser using localStorage, so it persists between visits. No account or login is required.
Is my collection data saved?
Yes. Your owned skins are stored in your browser's localStorage as a list of skin identifiers. The data never leaves your device and is not sent to any server. Clearing your browser data will reset your progress.
How are collection values calculated?
The estimated value is based on the lowest available market price for each skin you've marked as owned. Prices are sourced from PriceEmpire which aggregates data from 14+ marketplaces. Actual values may vary by wear condition and market fluctuations.
Can I track StatTrak or Souvenir versions?
The tracker currently tracks base skins by collection. StatTrak and Souvenir variants share the same collection slot — marking a skin as owned covers all variants of that skin within the collection.
How do I reset my collection progress?
Click the "Reset All" button at the top of the page to clear all owned skins and start fresh. This action cannot be undone, so make sure you want to reset before confirming.
What collections are included?
Every collection available in CS2 is included, from map collections like the Dust 2 Collection to operation collections and special event collections. The tracker updates automatically as new collections are added to the game.
Can I share my collection progress?
Currently, collection progress is stored locally in your browser. You can use the Inventory Lookup tool to show your actual Steam inventory, or the Loadout Builder to share a specific loadout with others.
Why do some skins show $0.00 price?
Skins showing $0.00 either have no current market listings or their price data is temporarily unavailable. These skins are still tracked for completion percentage but won't count toward your estimated value.
